Gala Dinner Fundraiser 2022

Our 2022 Gala Dinner was a fantastic evening full of lots of laughter, fun, dancing and celebration. It was lovely to welcome many new faces and catch-up with our past families, staff, board members and long-term supporters.

The night was a huge success, with at least $30,000 raised thanks to the successful bid by ‘Enchanted Adventure’ on the generously donated QMS Outdoor Media Package. This donation will make a huge difference and we look forward to providing final numbers on total funds-raised in coming days.

Extra special thanks to those who went above and beyond for our event, including:

• Michelle Levanic who sourced donations for our silent auction, provided the candles for our guests to take home as a momento and also gave a personal account of her families journey. 
• Elly Temelcos, Ollie Manton and Laurence La Rosa from Organic Films for donating an abundance of their time and expertise to produce the heartfelt short video that reflected the life-changing impact of our service.
• Abacus Therapist, Bryn Inglis for his terrific comedy sketch, kicking off the night’s entertainment.
• Geoff Lawyer and the team from Complete Colour for not only printing our program and then reprinting the programs the night before the gala due to a courier mishap!
• Vanessa Jones Photography for capturing all the special moments of the night (we look forward to seeing all the official photos soon).

We also appreciate those who contributed to our fundraising event including QMS Media, Diacos, Generation-e, Wickety Wax, Rainbow Bay Swim School, iMastery, The Winey Cow, Rebel Donuts, Ego Pharmaceuticals, Busy She, Ian Frances Jewellery, Helping Hand Group, the Easy Street Band and Southern Golf Club. 

And of course, it took everyone last night who purchase a ticket, placed bids in our silent and live auction and donated to our for-purpose organisation.
