Government funding provides assistance to families to access services and support for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).


HELPING CHILDREN WITH AUTISM (HCWA)

The Helping Children with Autism package is available to children diagnosed with autism by the age of six, and is funded by the Federal Government (FaHCSIA). Abacus Learning Centre is on the panel of service providers (under the Learning for Life consortium) and this funding can be used towards the cost of our services.

NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (NDIS)

Abacus is a service provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). This funding is currently being rolled out across Australia and is scheduled to roll out on the Mornington Peninsula from April 2018. Clients already in NDIS delivery areas are able to use this funding at Abacus. Please speak with us first regarding the line items.
